How to pay your Rent & Service Charges
Rent is charged weekly every Monday and is payable in advance.
You can pay your rent every 2 weeks, or every month if this is more convenient for you, but please let us know because you must make payments in advance.
We provide a number of ways for you to make payments.
Rent Payment Cards (Allpay Swipe Cards)
You can use your rent payment card at any of the following locations:
- Post Office
- PayPoint outlets – only accept cash payments
- PAYzone outlets
Please visit allpay to find your nearest payment outlet.
Direct Debit
Contact the Income Management team 0121 633 4633 and they will set up your direct debit for you.
Cash Or Cheque
You can visit our Head Office at 239 Holliday Street, Birmingham, B1 1SJ
Standing Order
A Standing Order can be set up with your bank. A mandate will be sent out upon request.
Online
Log on to Allpay www.allpay.net/ to pay by debit or credit card. Select ‘Make a payment online’ and follow the instructions.
Telephone
You can call allpay 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on on (0870) 243 6040. Please note, you must have an “allpay” rent payment card.
