How to Report a Repair

By telephoning Head Office or any other Trident office during working hours. The Customer Advisor Team are based at Head Office and can be contacted on 0121 633 4633.

You can also telephone the 24 hour repairs line on 0121 643 0883.

In person to any Trident Office or member of staff during working hours.

By letter or fax to any Trident Office.

By  reporting your repair online


You should give us as much information as possible about the problem and tell us when you are normally available. Giving us an up to date telephone number and/or mobile phone number will help us to get the repair done promptly.

Out of Office Hours Emergencies.

If you have an emergency when Trident is closed you should phone our 24 hours repairs line on 0121 643 0883.

We will only attend if the repair cannot wait until the next working day.

If a contractor attends an out of hour’s emergency they will only be required to make safe the problem. Any follow up repairs will be done later.

Please be honest when you tell us how bad the problem is and what steps you have taken. We are here to help you, but it is expensive to send a contractor in the evening, at night or at weekends if the repair is not a genuine emergency. We want to make sure we make the best use of the money we have available for repairs and you can help us do this.

If we tell you that we are sending a contractor on an out of hours call, you should wait in for them to arrive. If you do not wait we may charge you for the cost of the visit.
