Performance
Trident want to provide the best possible services to our customers, so we need to monitor our performance to see how good we really are. One of the ways we monitor how we perform is through the use of performance indicators.
We regularly compare our performance against other Housing Associations, both locally and nationally, to ensure that we measure ourselves against the top performing Housing Associations.
