Paying Your Rent

Rent

Rent is charged weekly every Monday and for 52 weeks each year.  Trident has no “rent free” weeks.
You can pay your rent every 2 weeks, or every month if this is more convenient for you, but please let us know.
Accounts are monitored regularly and you will receive letters regarding your arrears, if we calculate that you are behind with payments to your rent or personal charges.

You can pay your rent by:


• “allpay” rent payment card
• Direct Debit
• Cash
• Cheque
• Standing Order

Online
Log on to all payments to pay by debit or credit card, and follow the instructions.

Our Head Office can take payments by cash or cheque.


Post Office
You can use your “allpay” rent payment card to pay by either: cash, cheque or debit/credit card.


Shops
You can use your “allpay” rent payment card anywhere you see the Pay Point  logo.  These are typically convenience stores, newsagents or petrol stations.  Please visit allpay to find your nearest payment outlet.


Pay Point

Shops using Pay Point only accept cash payments.

You can call allpay 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on on (0870) 243 6040.  Please note, you must have an "allpay" rent payment card.
