Partnerships

Throughout its history Trident has been linked to partnerships with other organisations and agencies. The partnership principle for Trident has equally stretched into disadvantaged communities and one of the latest examples of both a development partnership and one that seeks to provide housing in disadvantaged communities is Matrix. Trident’s partnerships include:

	Connaught is one of the UK’s most experienced providers of housing maintenance and estate services, we have just entered a long term partnering arrangement with Connaught to provide many of our maintenance contracts including the Day to Day repairs, Voids and 3* Gas Servicing.
	G. Purchase Construction Limited is a privately owned multi-disciplinary construction company based in the West Midlands. The Company specialises in the provision of repair, maintenance and improvement services through partnering agreements with the social housing sector. We have been a partner with G Purchase for 3+years they have been successfully delivering Tridents Decent Homes programme for the last 2 years.
	Energy Extra is a partnership of 13 housing associations and Local Authorities. It was set up in May 2000 to give tenants easy access to cheaper gas and electricity.
	Crisis is the national charity for single homeless people. We are dedicated to ending homelessness by delivering life-changing services and campaiging for change.
