Please find attached Trident’s recent inspection results (click here). The report is based upon two judgements, one about the services inspected which stated that Trident had a balance of strengths and weaknesses for those services inspected. The other judgement was about ‘our prospects for improvement’, which the Audit Commission considered to be promising.

Trident is very pleased with the inspection outcomes and feels it reflects where we are at as an organisation. Although already working towards many of the outcomes highlighted, much of the report has confirmed that we are heading in the right direction for continued and sustained improvements to service delivery. This is reflected in our ongoing and comprehensive consultation framework some of which is evidenced in the following Audit Commission Action Plan.

We are aware though that there is a lot of work to do to get to where we want to be...a provider of excellent services, services that respond to the individual needs of our customers. We will maintain our impetus for improvements, ensuring that our customers are an integral part of the decision making process.

The Action Plan will now be monitored in conjunction with the Tenant Services Authority, the new regulatory body.

We will ensure monthly updates which will be available on the website. We will also provide quarterly updates to the Housing Forum and Steering Groups.
