Take a look at the 2009/2010 Resident Impact Report, which has been produced with Trident residents and approved by the RSL Board and Resident Steering Groups. The report highlights the range of initiatives carried out jointly by residents and Trident, which has resulted in the improvement of the delivery of Trident services.
