Income Management
The Income Management team is keen to help you. Some examples of how we can do this are below:
• Making claims for Housing Benefit.
• Offering advice on Welfare Benefits i.e. Job Seekers Allowance.
• Money advice.
• Payment options, such as setting up Direct Debits.
• Providing rent statements.
• Go through your finances with you to reach a fair payment arrangement.
• Advice on the legal position with your home such as possession and Court processes.
• Refer you to other organisations for further help and support.
Rent Difficulties
If you work full-time and would like to discuss your rent account with us, we are keen to meet with you to see how we can help. Please contact us so we can arrange an out of hours appointment that is convenient for you and Trident.
We will do everything we can to help keep you in your home, but you need to work with us, so we can properly assist you with your arrears any other debts.
Please contact the Income Management team if you are having problems paying your rent or personal charges.
If you continue to develop arrears you are at risk of losing your home.
Debt – deal with it – do not ignore it.

If you would like independent advice on debt or housing problems you can contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau. Please see your phone book for your nearest office. Alternatively, please use the following link: Advice.
