Join a Service Improvement Panel

  • Are you interested in improving services for all residents?
  • Do you want to learn new skills and meet new people?

If you answer ‘Yes’ to either or both of the above questions, you can play a key role in ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of service. Your role as a member of the Service Improvement Panel will involve reviewing our services and making recommendations to improve performance and deliver ‘Value for Money’.

Choose the Panel you would like to join:

  • Customer Service and Access
  • Listen and Learn (Complaints)
  • Repairs and Neighbourhoods
  • Leaseholder

Benefits of joining:

  • All ‘out of pocket expenses’ will be reimbursed.
  • Training and support is provided for all members.
  • Experience a ‘friendly’ meeting atmosphere.

Time you will need to give:

  • As a guide, you will need to give at least 2 hours of your time per month.
