If you answer ‘Yes’ to either or both of the above questions, you can play a key role in ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of service. Your role as a member of the Service Improvement Panel will involve reviewing our services and making recommendations to improve performance and deliver ‘Value for Money’.

- Customer Service and Access
- Listen and Learn (Complaints)
- Repairs and Neighbourhoods
- Leaseholder

Time you will need to give:
- As a guide, you will need to give at least 2 hours of your time per month.
