Our overall aim for Trident Housing Association is to continually improve the quality and value of everything we do. We want to be recognised as the landlord of choice for the region and to be rated amongst the very best performing landlords in the country.
We are therefore committed to ensure that all residents have an opportunity to get involved putting you at the heart of the Association. By listening to you, we can carry on doing the things that work and get to grips with the areas that need improving. Your involvement is essential in ensuring that our services continue to meet your needs.
We have a Menu of Involvement available for you to get involved with, whether it be from your own home, attending an event at your scheme or joining fellow neighbours and staff at meetings.
