We are committed to providing good quality housing and services that meet your needs and are good value for money. We can only do this if we know what you think about our services and how they could be improved. The best way for us to find this out is to listen to your comments, views and suggestions. That is why we have made it as easy as possible for you to have your say. We have developed a range of opportunities for you to get involved in a way that suits you.

Here is a brief list of activities that you can get involved in. This list is not exhaustive and we are constantly reviewing the opportunities to become involved:

• Join the Asset Management, Neighbourhoods and Services or Leaseholders Steering Group to review and improve our services.
• Join a focus group and share your views on different topics.
• Become a telephone researcher, phoning other residents to ask their views on the services they receive.
• Join the ‘Your Views from Home’ Panel and take part in surveys in the comfort of your home.
• Become a Tenant Inspector and mystery shop / test our services.
• Join our Communications Panel and help produce our resident newsletter and service leaflets.Become a community voice member and liaise with us over the issues that affect your neighbourhood.
• Join a local residents group to improve services at a local level.
