Christopher Derby - Assistant Director of Organisational Development
Christopher Derby, Chartered FCIPD, MBA, joined Trident in September 2003 and is the Assistant Director of Organisational Development. Christopher has over 10 years senior management experience in the private and not-for-profit sector. Prior to joining the Housing Sector, he spent 8 years in Birmingham-based Arts organisations (Birmingham Royal Ballet and Birmingham Hippodrome) in Human Resources and Project Management roles. His current responsibilities include Human Resources, Payroll, Learning and Development and Communication.
