Partnerships

The services provided by Trident focus on developing a partnership with its residents and service users. These partnerships can cover a wide range of hopes and aspirations for both Trident, as the service providers, and their residents, as service users. By encouraging their active participation in the residents' living environments we can measure the effectiveness of our service provision at close quarters.

By developing meaningful relationships with our service users we can learn to maximise their potential for change and recovery and make a real difference to someone's life.

Trident Housing Association supports a wide-ranging group of service users. In our Sheltered Housing schemes we can deliver 24 hr domicillary support for older people to meet personal care needs. We also provide sheltered housing for some ethnic minority groups who require certain cultural specific services.

Supported Housing provides services for mostly single people aged 18 - 65 who have a diversity of support needs ranging from mental health and learning disabilities, through to homelessness or drug and alcohol dependency.

Building Futures

Whatever the accommodation, residents are encouraged to get involved in activities that will add interest to their lives and so increase their enjoyment. These may focus on what happens within their living environment providing opportunities to help in accessing education, training and career development. The one thing that they all have in common is that they are laying solid foundations for a better future for all of our customers.
