Revenue Services

The Revenue Team look after all of Trident’s rent and service charge accounts, and makes sure that rents and services are collected. The service has a dual role:

1. Its primary task, naturally, is to maximise Trident's money receipts
    
2. The secondary role is complementary because it provides help and advice to tenants who have problems with their accounts or those who may encounter difficulties in maintaining their payments.

The Revenue Team is dedicated to providing that often-missing link between the claimant and his or her benefit. Every member of the team has been trained to understand many aspects of both Housing Benefits and Welfare Benefits.
