The Technical Services Team is responsible for everything to do with the maintenance of Trident housing stock. The target is to carry out maintenance and improvements on a pre-planned basis. This offers greater scope for cost control as well as for more involvement in areas like design and materials specification. There is a 24/7/365 control centre to deal with any situation requiring immediate attention, including lifeline emergency calls from older residents or those with disabilities. This service is also provided to other housing associations under contract.
