Birmingham Home Choice  - Choice Based Lettings NOW LIVE

 Birmingham Home Choice is a new way for people to rent a home from the Council or from Trident in the city.

Customers will be able to view all vacant homes on a website or property newsletter which will allow them to contact the Council and inform them of any that they may be interested in. In addition to being able to view all vacant properties on offer from Birmingham City Council, they will also be able to view the vacant properties from other partner housing associations all in one place.

This new approach is called "Choice Based Lettings".

Facilities at our Head Office, 239 Holliday Street in Birmingham will be available for anyone wishing to access this new Scheme.  

Trident will be working closely with Birmingham City Council and 50% of our empty properties will be advertised through this new scheme.
