Becoming Energy Efficient

Trident understand that from time to time unexpected expenses crop up, making it difficult to make ends meet. If you have any problems, our Money Advice Worker is here to help.  It offers free, confidential advice about debt and benefit problems, as well as practical advice on how to make the most out your income.  Trident have recently published a leaflet giving advice on how to save money on utility bills which you can view here.

Trident's Money Advisor can:
• make sure that you are getting all the benefits and allowances you are entitled to;
• negotiate with the organisations you owe money to;
• work out affordable payments with your creditors;
• help you deal with county court actions for debt with other organisations; and
• offer ongoing help and support.

Every year we help our customers with their money problems and recover thousands of pounds in unclaimed benefits.  You can start sorting out your problems by talking to a member of the Income Management Team or our Money Advice Worker on 0121 633 4633.

'New’ Ground Maintenance Service Standards developed by residents

We have been working hard over the last 6 months with our residents and Jericho Ltd to scrutinise and develop the Service Standards for the Grounds Maintenance service and can be viewed here.  The standard sets out the service you will receive at your scheme and has been developed by the Asset Management Steering Group and ‘Approved’ by the Housing Forum.  This standard will be displayed at each scheme and will be monitored by the resident ‘Local Voice’ at your scheme.

If you are interested in become a Local Voice then please contact Nicola Evans at Trident Housing on 0121 633 4633.
